Anti-Spam Policy

Operlo does not permit or engage in the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam) to advertise operlo.co or any domain owned by Operlo. Commercial email is sent only from dedicated business correspondence domains, each of which publishes this same policy at its own address.

Standards for all commercial email we send

• Email is sent to individually identified business contacts relevant to our services, never to purchased consumer lists or harvested addresses.
• Every message identifies Operlo as the sender and carries a valid, monitored reply address.
• Subject lines and message content are truthful and non-deceptive.
• Every message is sent from a monitored address that accepts replies. A reply asking not to be contacted is a valid opt out, is honored permanently, and is actioned within 48 hours. The address is added to a suppression list that every future send is checked against.
• Email addresses are independently verified for deliverability before any contact is made.
• All sending complies with the CAN-SPAM Act.
